SERVICE DESCRIPTION
Aiotagen Maps Scraper is a Chrome extension that extracts publicly available business information from Google Maps including names, phone numbers, websites, emails, and social media profiles.
ACCEPTABLE USE
You must not:
– Use the extension for spam, harassment, or unsolicited marketing
– Violate Google’s Terms of Service or any applicable laws
– Share or resell your license key to others
– Attempt to bypass the extension’s security mechanisms
– Use scraped data in violation of GDPR, CAN-SPAM, or other laws
SUBSCRIPTION AND BILLING
– Pro plan is billed at $5 per month via Paddle
– Subscriptions renew automatically every 30 days
– Cancel anytime through your Paddle account
– Free tier is limited to 2 searches per device (lifetime)
– Pro tier is limited to 15 searches per day
LICENSE
Upon purchase you receive a personal, non-transferable license key valid for up to 3 devices for the duration of your active subscription.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The extension is provided “as is” without warranty. We do not guarantee compatibility with all versions of Google Maps.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Aiotagen shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages from your use of the extension or data collected.
