Aiotagen operates the Aiotagen Maps Scraper Chrome extension. This policy explains how we collect and protect your information.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT
– Device ID: A random identifier to track usage limits. Not linked to your identity.
– Email address: Collected when you purchase via Paddle, for license key delivery.
– Usage data: Number of searches per device to enforce limits.
– License key: Generated on purchase, stored locally on your device.

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
– To enforce free search limits and validate paid subscriptions
– To deliver your license key after purchase
– To manage subscription renewals and cancellations
– To enforce the daily search limit (15 searches/day for Pro)
– To provide customer support

DATA SCRAPED BY THE EXTENSION
The extension extracts publicly available business information from Google Maps. This data is processed entirely on your local device, never sent to our servers, and is your responsibility to use lawfully.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
– Paddle: Payment processor (paddle.com/legal/privacy)
– Supabase: Secure database for device and license data
– Brevo: Transactional email delivery

DATA RETENTION
Device usage data is retained for 12 months. License records for 7 years. You may request deletion by contacting us.

YOUR RIGHTS
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data.
